Titan

The Map

Titan brings Saturn’s largest moon to OpenFront in a tall 1232×2160 cosmic battlefield. Its coastlike features are inspired by the moon’s hydrocarbon lakes and seas, while 28 starts mix space agencies with a distinctly alien resident. The map is 61% land, creating broad terrain around dark liquid basins rather than an Earthlike ocean.

The Battlefield

The lakes split the surface into peninsulas, enclosed shores and narrow approaches. Large land areas reward steady expansion, but control of the liquid routes can bypass distant fronts. Starts near the major basins gain mobility while inland positions gain depth. Establish a secure terrestrial core first, then use ports to turn Titan’s strange shorelines into shortcuts.
